Not 100% happy with your purchase? Want a return? An exchange? No problem!

It doesn't happen often but if you happen to get something defective, just let us know and we'll send you a free shipping label & refund or exchange your order, no hassles!  

There's a lot of mumbo-jumbo technical return policy jargon below, but 9 out of 10 times, we're just going to bend over backwards and do whatever we need to do to make sure that you have the best experience possible. The other 1/10 of the time we reserve for the fringe cases. ;)

We do at times have products listed as dented or damaged that we sell at a discount.  These items are Non-Refundable.  If you have any questions on the problem with the item please reach out and ask before you order.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items sold as dented or damaged are not eligible for return.  Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please Note: If you purchased our product from a third party, not from Mayday Games/Sleeve Kings/Swan Panasia (swanpanasiasleeves.com), we cannot issue you a refund. Please contact the third party you purchased our product from.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@maydaygames.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and scratch & dent items cannot be refunded.

Shipping, Return Packages, and Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email support@maydaygames.com with your request. Please provide your proof of purchase (pic/scan of your receipt, forwarded order confirmation email, or Mayday Games/Sleeve Kings/Swan Panasia order number). If you purchased from Mayday Games, Sleeve Kings, or Swan Panasia (swanpanasiasleeves.com), and your order isn't older than 30 days, we will provide a return label for you.

If your order is older than 30 days, please note that we can't refund you, but we can replace defective product so long as it is returned in its original packaging and the order isn't older than 60 days.

If you wish to return your product for a refund (if the order is no older than 30 days) and you purchased it from Mayday Games, Sleeve Kings, or Swan Panasia (swanpanasiasleeves.com) or you have been informed that you are responsible for your own shipping, please ship your return package to:

Important to Note:

Please do note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we tell you otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
